Refund policy

Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of merchandise for any reason attributable to the customer.
In the unlikely event of a defective product, we will immediately replace it with a new item of the same product.
If the product is not in stock, we will issue a refund.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

・If it has been more than 8 days since you received the item.
・The product has been used, washed, or cleaned.
・Products without accessories, product tags, or bags.
・Products that have smells, scratches, or stains caused by the customer.
・roducts with damaged packages (bags/boxes, etc.)

Depending on the device you are using, the colors and textures on the screen may differ from those in the actual product. We do not treat the colors in the images as a defect on our part. Please contact us at shop@ensulo.jp regarding the size, color, shape, texture, etc.



How to inquire about returns

・Order number
・Your name
・Your phone number

and attach a photo of the defective item(s) to shop@ensulo.jp.

We will send you a new product or refund your money as soon as the product arrives at our company and we confirm that it is defective.
