About orders
A. If you don't receive an email, it may be for the following reasons:
Your email system may have automatically treated the email as spam. Please check your spam folder.
If you are using spam filters, your settings may not allow you to receive emails. The domain of the email we send you is " @mail.com ". Order confirmation emails and newsletters will also be sent from the above domain, so please set your settings to allow receiving emails from the above domain.
There may be an error in the email address you registered. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please let us know the correct email address at sample@mail.com .
A. In order to promote a paperless environment, we do not issue paper invoices or receipts (they will not be included with the product). Please check the e-mail sent upon completion of your order for a delivery invoice. If you wish to receive a receipt, please send an email to shop@ensulo.jp with “Receipt Request” in the subject line.

A. We basically do not accept returns or exchanges of purchased items at the convenience of the customer. However, we will exchange items only in case of initial defects (damage, stains, sewing defects, etc.), please contact shop@ensulo.jp. If we do not have the item in stock that can be exchanged, we will issue a refund.
A. Please note that we cannot accept changes, additions, or cancellations after an order has been confirmed.
Please make sure to check that there are no errors in your order.
A. Please note that we do not accept delivery date and time requests for orders.
A. Please note that we cannot accept changes to payment methods after an order has been confirmed.
A. You can choose gift wrapping (+400 yen (tax included)) in the cart when you place your order.Please note that we cannot change the gift wrapping option after your order has been confirmed.
A. Basically, we do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased at POPUP. However, we will exchange items only if they are initially defective (damaged, stained, sewing defect, etc.).
If the item is defective, please contact us at shop@ensulo.jp with your purchase receipt and order number.
About Shipping
A. We ship from our warehouse up to 7 days after confirming payment of the order. Normally, we ship within 1 to 3 days after the order is placed. Please note that pre-order items and some items may take longer to be delivered.
A. Domestic deliveries are made by Yamato Transport.
Please note that we do not accept customer specification of delivery service providers.
A. Only one delivery address is allowed per order. If you wish to have your order delivered to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
A. If the item has not arrived at your location more than one week after receiving the “Shipping Notice” e-mail, please contact us at shop@ensulo.jp
A. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us at shop@ensulo.jp. And Please provide us with your “Order Number” at that time.
A. Once an item is returned, it is automatically cancelled and cannot be shipped again. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please place a new order for the item(s) you wish to order. In this case, shipping charges may apply even if the item is eligible for free shipping.
A. International customers can use WorldShopping for international delivery.
*Please note that we do not provide overseas delivery support for orders from within Japan.
About ENSULO
A. ENSULO's products are simple and sophisticated lifestyle products made of environmentally friendly biodegradable materials (PIECLEX®) and accessories. After the products have been used for a long time, ENSULO collects used products through its collection system (P-FACTS®). Currently, collection is only available in Japan. For details, please refer to FAQ “Collection”.
A. ENSULO is a word coined from EN (circle), SOUL (soul), and LOOM (spin). It expresses our desire to enrich people's lives through mind-body retreats.
A. Currently, we only have an online store, but we will hold events and POPUPs.
Details will be posted on Instagram (@ensulo_official) as needed. Also, if you sign up for our email newsletter, we will send you information about new products and events.
About Products
A. Each product has its own suitable care instructions, so please check the details on each product page.
A. PIECLEX® is a biodegradable material made from plant-derived polylactic acid. When stressed, polylactic acid generates a weak electric charge due to the piezoelectric effect, and this action produces an antimicrobial effect. Since electricity is naturally generated by the movement of the fibers, this material allows you to experience technology just by wearing it. For details, please refer to MATERIAL.
PIECLEX® materials do not decompose as easily in daily use as regular clothing. It does have biodegradable properties, but these are exhibited when placed in certain environments (e.g., high humidity, microbe-rich manure environment, etc.). It does not decompose quickly with normal use and laundering, and has the same durability as ordinary clothing. However, its lifespan depends on how often it is worn and how it is washed, so proper care is recommended for long-lasting use.
Clothing collection
A. All ENSULO products are collected by the recycling infrastructure “P-FACTS” (P-FACTS). Collection can be made by bringing them to the collection box or sending them by mail (cash on delivery). For details, please refer to WEAR CIRCULATION.

About Account
A. In order to verify your identity, you must register an email address that you can use. Please prepare an unregistered e-mail address and register it again on My Page.

A. There is an “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of each newsletter you receive. Please access the link to unsubscribe.
A. You can order as a guest without registering an account. By registering for an account, you will be able to place future orders more easily, save your personal and shipping address information, and view your order history. You will also be able to receive newsletters, invitations to events, and more.
A. After logging in to My Account, you can add a shipping address by clicking “Add Address”.
A. You can only change your address, name, and phone number on the My Account page, not your e-mail address. If you wish to change your e-mail address, you will need to register for a new account.
